"I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful experience I had. I will start with Laura, she was great, she made me feel comfortable and safe and she was there for me anytime I needed help. I felt she was an old friend, someone I had known for a long time. She has the ability to make you feel comfortable, which is important when your in a foreign country, getting surgery, wondering what in the hell you have gotten yourself into. Who ever hired her did well.

Although I did not get the surgery I had requested, I am very pleased with what I did get. Dr. Ratto was very honest with me by informing me I did not need the surgery I requested and that I would benefit more from loosing weight and liposuction. She was very caring and compassionate and I am glad she was my surgeon. Even though she did not speak English, I could tell she took pride in her work. I remember the last visit with her; while I was talking she leaned over and kissed me on my forehead. I could tell she truly cared about me and my happiness.

My transfer where wonderful as well, I always felt safe in knowing that Danielle (not sure about the spelling of his name) would be there to pick me up. He would always help me in and out of the car knowing that I was sore. He would even slow down on the cobble stone street knowing the bumps could cause discomfort. The little things go noticed when you are the one in pain.

I was impressed with the hotel as well. The location was great. I felt really bad about making such a mess on the bed after the surgery. They didn't seem to mind and did not have a problem cleaning up after me, blood and all.

As I said in the beginning I had a wonderful experience and I am so glad I choose to make the trip even though at times I was wondering what I had gotten myself into. I would highly recommend Plenitas to anyone, and I am very impressed with your business, you have a great thing going, and I wish you the best of luck. I am sure I will return as I age and need a few nips and tucks. Thanks again for a wonderful experience."
