Do the staff understand English

Many of our physicians are internationally trained or board certified. Doctors are usually fluent in English. At all times there is trained staff to take care of you and carry out your physician’s instructions. English language communication is not a problem.

Pain After Surgery

Each patient tolerates pain post-operatively in a different way. Some patients experience pain as an ache, others have greater discomfort. Pain medications are prescribed for post-operative patients, and these aid to minimize the discomfort. Most facial cosmetic operations have minimal postoperative discomfort. Liposuction is slightly more uncomfortable, and operations that require elevation or tightening of the muscles, such as breast augmentation or abdominoplasty have discomfort equal to that experienced after a cesarean section

Yanhee also now have a no pain surgery where they use a infusion machine to keep your pain medication at its optimin level and keep you relitively pain free after your procedure. this service costs about $60.00 AUD and is well worth it

Shops and ATM Machines

Yanhee has available on the ground floor several Atm Machines. They are both in Thai and english and make it very easy to use. Please note that most machines have a limit as to how much you can take from the machine which is 10000 baht but you can with draw a further 10000 baht straight away as this is not near the daily limit. Yanhee also has deveral shops at the rear of the building like hairdressers convieniance store fruit and vegitable shop and a cake and florrist shop as well. You can normally find all you should need here for your stay in The hospital. You can order out for meals while in the hospital as well. You can choose from sushi, Macdonnalds, Pizza as well as several others. The staff will asssit you with ordering

We now currantly have staff on the ground in Thailand providing post operative care. Please let our staff know should you be interested in utilising this service.

Internet Access

There is wireless internet access available at the hospital on request. Charges apply and can be arraged by contacting the nurses station. Please make sure you have a wireless network card in your laptop as these can not always be provided. Yanhee also has 3 computers setup near the nurses station for Internet access. there is a charge of 40 Baht per hour for use of these computers and internet.
