Do the staff understand English?

Apollo Group has physicians in virtually all specialties and subspecialties of medicine. Many of their physicians are internationally trained or board certified. Doctors are usually fluent in English. At all times there is trained staff to take care of you and carry out your physician’s instructions.

Pain After Surgery?

Each patient tolerates post-operatively pain in a different way. Some patients experience pain as an ache, others have greater discomfort. Pain medications are prescribed for post-operative patients, to aid and minimize the discomfort. Most facial cosmetic operations have minimal postoperative discomfort. Liposuction is slightly more uncomfortable, and operations that require elevation or tightening of the muscles, such as breast augmentation or abdominoplasty have discomfort equal to that experienced after a cesarean section.

How do I know my doctor is qualified?

The Apollo attracts the highest regarded physicians from inside the country and overseas. All physicians are screened for qualification and educational backgrounds from the WHO internationally recognized medical centers and institutes. Many of their physicians have trained in countries outside of India, such as the US, UK, Australia and countries in Europe. On request we can provide your physicians educational background prior to your consultation or procedure.
